The 90's were Oscar De La Hoya's. He was fighter of the year in 1995 and he dominated everyone and had just one CONTROVERSIAL loss to Trinidad in 1999. the 2000's were different for him and he slowly declined while Manny rose up. Pacman beat everyone in this decade Barrera, Marquez, Morrales, De La Hoya, Diaz. He moved up in divisions but remained the fighter's fighter and avoided no one. PACMAN is definitely the FIGHTER that defined this decade.
