First Prenatal Visit? Any help would be great!!?

I am 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and cannot get in for my first appointment until Nov. 26th, and that is just for bloodwork and paperwork to confirm. I will be 8 weeks by then. So, my question is, on my second visit I will probably be close to 10-12 weeks, when they do the l exam, do you think they will do an ultrasound then, or wait until later on? Also, tell me what you experienced at your first visit! I am nervous b/c I p out when seeing/hearing about blood. Hopefully it all goes ok! Thanks
