Could i be pregnant or not?

Ive had the Implanon since October of last year. I havent had a period in December of last year. Now ive been having a period for a soild month now. Ive been feeling very tired but i cant sleep. Ive had leakage from my brest. I often get bad headaches. Mood swings like crazy. Im not sure if its from the implanon or could i be pregnant?
