How to become a Professional motorcross rider?

You're starting late in the game but nothing is impossible. Most of the pros started a lot younger than you.What it boils down to is that youhave to race in small local races and work your way up in size and cl. If you're really talented you might get noticed early in the game but chances are you'll have to fight to get noticed. The really talented riders are approached by the major independent and factory teams. Everybody else has pointed out the equipment you'll need so I don't need to. If you've got talent and drive go for it.
