Seriously freaking out!! Can a freshman with no experience make girls JV soccer team?

Distance running is a HUGE part of soccer! You are going to be running back and forth from offense to defense for long periods of time. When I played JV and Varsity soccer we ran a mile before we even started practice and we always ended with another mile.
