So, what do some of you think Timana has done wrong?

He left Newcastle Knights, played rugby, played for Parramatta and stood up for racial abuse handed down by Andrew Johns against a collegue. As a Queenslander who supports NSW I still have not seen a confession from Tahu-he has remained adament he didn't say anything to this kid, however Johns admitted he did. Where are Rugby League supporters morals. There is nothing other than a kids sayso to say Tahu said anything and I beleive he is being wrongly persecuted. Tahu has always been of aboriginal origin so why the shock horror of his proud heritage and stance taken. Everyone seems to be scared off of coming to Tahu's support. Do yo agree other players are weak for not supporting Tahu in his taking a positive stance against racist remarks and unless you heard him say anything to this kid should we not consider that Timana may in fact be innocent as he has said. Born and living in Qld we have met and chatted with Timana many times over many years and he is a very approachable rugby league player. Tahu has great worth in our degrading society, was black or white ever the issue - I think he would have stood up for anyone, because that is who he is. League has been quick to sign players with pasts but never quick to support players who do the right thing. I am not indigenous, how do the indigenous community feel, considering everyone knows what Tahu was accussed of having said. What if Timana never said these things?
