Is my 2 and half year old showing signs of autism?

He doesn't communicate properly and doesn't speak very well and when he does his words aren't pronounced properly, if u were to smile at him he never smiles bk, his blankets have to be a certain way n if u don't put them right he gets really , his beaker always has to be a certain way with the bit he drinks from facing the window, he sits there staring into space sometimes, if u talk to him he repeats the last word u say, if u say yeah its a car he will say car n I say I know n gets angry by keep repeating it until u say yes I know its a car. He has a lot of temper tantrums and is very demanding. Any advice on what you think would be greatly appreciated.
