My right testicle has been hurting for a few days?

You should see a doctor. You could have a condition (please take this seriously) where one of your testicles twisted around and cut off the blood supply. This can cause a lot of pain and eventually lead to the loss of the testicle. To correct this they make a small incision in the and untwist it so allow blood to flow correctly they then tack the testicle so that it will not twist like that again. I know it sounds ridiculous but it is a real condition. You may also have an infection and you will want to get that checked out right away as well. In any case see a doctor just in case, you dont want to risk losing it if it can be avoided.
