Video card issues not supporting games?

OpenGL is software based rendering technique it is the software equivalent of the hardware based Direct3D or DirectX. During the time that the card you have was top dog (about 10 years ago) you usually had a choice in games to try to render in direct3d mode or using a glide wrapper like openGL. In OpenGL the processor does most of the work but a card that old is likely in an AGP slot which means the motherboard is probably 10 years old to so the processor is slow as well. Best coarse of action would be to contact the BBB if it was a reputable business and if not do more research next time. I wouldn't pay 60 dollars for a computer old enough to support that kind of hardware.
