Isn't it ironic that the congress party is lecturing mayawati about wasting money?

They think public's money is their money. So they keep some in Swiss banks which is fixed deposit and spend the rest on Haj subsidy which is a recurring account as it will give interest in form of minority votes which will help them to stay in power and open some more fixed deposits in Swiss banks.
