Will i need to be induced if i need a caesarean?

basically i saw my midwife and she said that the baby was breech and if it doesn't turn round by 37weeks i will need a c-section! now the reason the baby may not turn round is because i am only petite and apparently there isn't much room in there at the minute so baby may stay breech? i know i can ask my midwife more when i see her but that's in another 3 weeks and i didn't ask at the time as i was a little overwhelmed! also will they take me in on 37 weeks if i am breech or will they just wait for my water to break? im only 22 so all a bit scary and no-one in family had c-section. appreciate any help anyone can give me!
