Why israel had to be created in middle east?

i wonder why israel had to be created in middle east. Israelies believe that God himself gave them the land of Israel (on the other hand orthodox Jews believe that God has forbidden any piece of land or country for Jews and it is against the will of God to create a country for Jews). How funny this ideology is, which Israeli leader had a meeting with God so God has given them the prize or duty to enter in middle east to establish a Jewish state (here I would say Americans are wise, they just created Israel so they could avoid any holocaust in America later). Didn’t God know the blood-spattered and horrific consequences of this act? God is kind and merciful that’s what we have heard right from our childhood but what God do Jews follow who permit them to kill people mercilessly.
