Yes, rather cryptic, but interesting. Having played three musical instruments in my youth, this would still take time to lay out the notes as you described. But maybe that was your intent. An intriguing write, don't know if I am entirely sold on it but it did keep my attention and it made me read it again. I did like your ending.
