In The Simpsons episode #384 - 'Moe'N'A Lisa' they scuttle like ...?

there is a part where Homer and Bart are both scuttling like on the floor while trying to hide from Moe after homer forgot about taking him fishing for his birthday. I am pretty sure that scene is taken from a movie or another show but I cant remember where it is from. The music that plays is also very familiar.
