Explain my amnesia/ forgetfulness.... neurologist wanted?

well, i have ADD - attention deficit disorder. you sound just like me. could be for a million reasons. first rule out a physical issue. then see a good, and i mean GOOD shrink to get evaluated and correctly diagnosed. if you are elderly, could be menapause. who knows with us humans?
