Bohemian chic/indie look?

I'm almost 14, 5'7", and 110 pounds. I have blue eyes, brown hair, and pale skin. I really want to go for a more bohemian/indie style look. How do I achieve that look? What colors and shapes would complement me? And what should I wear to my 8th grade graduation dance? It's a formal. THANKS! Also is 14 to young for a belly on rings?
