Have you ever experienced a miracle?

Yes, my son is a literal miracle from God. I was supossed to be unable to conceive and even though I did, I lost both pregnancies to miscarriage and was told I would never carry to term. My husband and I prayed a lot about it to God and ask him to bless us with a child. We started believing He would bless us. I ended up pregnant shortly after that and just knew from the beginning that everything would be okay. I was a diabetic and on mive amounts of insulin and my child could have been born deformed, but thanks to God he was born with no problems. I have been unable to conceive since that time and am truly thankful to God that He answered my prayers and blessed me with a child.

Isn't this against community guidelines or am I mistaken? I see questions from Non Believers that are obviously trying to pick a fight with a believers belief and I see "Christians" (I must say it saddens me) that use scripture quotes to tell the community they are going to H***. I can't find anything in the community guidelines, so my question is: Are these types of "questions"(i use that term losely) allowed?

My friend fell out with me the other day in Biology. She is a really moany cow, she was moaning about how her mum gave her �! short for the 15th time in a row, and I reached my limit and I almost shouted,"OMG If it is such a problem, go fix it ! Until then, if you think your life is so bad, try living in Ethiopia or Africa ! They don't have schools or decent homes or food to moan about ! GET OVER IT" And then she went in a huff with me. Was I nasty about it ? Too mean or was I right ?

Believers say one needs the belief in God to be good?

From what I can observe, believers and non believers behave exactly the same. There are slight differences: a notice a pinch more of bigotry and pride in believers, but morally speaking that wouldn't be condemnable if it wasn't for the Bible. I also don't see the scientific community --7% believers-- running amok, killing, raping and cheating on their spouses. Pascal Boyer suggests that religion hasn't been proved to alter one's morality in any ways. Religion only makes some moral precepts more intelligible and easier to understand.
